Does GoodPeople ship internationally?
At the moment, no unfortunately. We are growing and have great plans to expand internationally in the future.
What types of payments are accepted?
We accept PayPal, credit cards and google pay.
Why was my order returned to sender?
We apologize for the inconvenience, the carrier was not able to deliver your package as addressed. Once the order is received back at our warehouse, you will be issued a refund. A new order will need to be placed as we are unable to reship the original order.
How do I return or exchange my item?
Email us! An associate will reach out to you within two business days.
How do refunds work?
A refund will be processed and issued within five days after receiving a return order and a quality check is made confirming all requirements for return have been met.
